Judge Declines to Dismiss Workers’ Suit Against City

Judge Clinton Canady refused today to dismiss the suit brought by nine workers at the wastewater treatment plant against the City of East Lansing, saying the workers may be able to show the City failed to adequately protect them from asbestos and mercury exposure.
