East Lansing’s City Council appears set to decide tomorrow night whether to put a City income tax on the ballot this November.

The deadline approaches for ELi’s first Summer Youth Journalism Program, a two-week program happening in August. Accepted applicants aged 14-22 will be given a $250 stipend for participation and will also be paid for published reporting.
